Keeping Score
Converge Worldwide is a network of nearly 1300 churches around the world. In order to measure various metrics within their organization, Converge's leadership wanted to develop a tool that allowed district managers to update a "scorecard" twice a year and analyze the data. I was approached to design the dashboard for this application.
Initial sketching and ideation. I was commissioned fairly far into the strategic process, so I had a short amount of time to research the client's needs and user perspectives. I then worked with the project team to iron out user experience flows before moving into wireframes.
Final visual design. Design elements were implemented to emphasize the data, and small interaction elements make it easy for users (most of them who will need to fill out scorecards) to see what they have to do right now.
Final visual design. More examples of various data sets and presentation types.
